»United by Football. Vereint im Herzen Europas« – Erreichbarkeit der Kölner Philharmonie während der Euro 2024
Während der Fußball-Europameisterschaft (14. Juni bis 14. Juli 2024) begrüßen wir in Köln eine große Anzahl Besucherinnen und Besucher von nah und fern. Die Fan-Zone auf dem Heumarkt öffnet täglich um 14 Uhr, an den fünf Spieltagen in Köln bereits um 11 Uhr. Der Zugang zur Altstadt ist grundsätzlich uneingeschränkt möglich, erst bei vollständiger Auslastung wird es zu Bedarfssperrungen kommen. Der Zugang zur Kölner Philharmonie bleibt aber auch dann für Konzertgäste gewährleistet.
Wir empfehlen Ihnen die frühzeitige Anreise mit dem ÖPNV. Sollten Sie mit dem Auto kommen, informieren Sie sich vorab über freie Kapazitäten in den umliegenden Parkhäusern sowie über aktuelle Straßensperrungen.
Besonderer Hinweis für die Konzerte am 19., 25. und 29. Juni sowie 30. Juni 11 Uhr
Am 19.. 25. und 29. Juni richtet die Stadt Köln eine weitere Fan-Meile am Konrad-Adenauer-Ufer ein. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Rheinufer an diesen Tagen zwischen Bastei und Hohenzollernbrücke wegen des Public Viewings gesperrt oder nur eingeschränkt befahrbar sein wird. Die Anreise zu den Konzerten mit den Wiener Philharmonikern am 19., mit dem Gürzenich-Orchester Köln am 25. und mit dem Kölner Bürgerorchester am 29. Juni ist nicht über das Rheinufer möglich. Aufgrund der Abbauarbeiten gilt dies ebenfalls für das Kinderkonzert am 30. Juni.
Damit die Kölner Philharmonie mit dem Auto erreichbar bleibt, hat die Stadt Köln die Trankgasse an diesen Tagen während der Sperrungen für den Autoverkehr geöffnet. Die Kölner Philharmonie ist von der Tunisstraße (Nord-Süd-Fahrt) bzw. Gereonstraße aus kommend über die Wegführung Unter Sachsenhausen, Marzellenstraße und die Trankgasse erreichbar.

Travelling by bus and rail
Situated approx. 5 minutes on foot from Cologne's main railway station, the Kölner Philharmonie - the only "concert hall with its own rail platform" - is easily reached using public transport: Furthermore, your Philharmonie admission ticket also serves as your return ticket when travelling on the regional Rhine-Sieg (VRS) transport network.

Parking spaces
In the multi-storey car park at the Philharmonie, a special price of €2.50 applies for concert-goers for up to six hours after entry. Please show your admission ticket and parking ticket to the cashier in the car park before or after the concert. He will then activate the concert rate for you. The special price can be paid in cash at the ticket booth or by card at the ticket machine.
Follow the signs to Dom/Hauptbahnhof, as soon as you are in the city centre, signs show you the way to the concert hall.
Please note: As of 22 April 2023, the Philharmonie car park is only accessible from Rheinuferstraße (Konrad-Adenauer-Ufer/Am Leystapel). Due to the increased volume of traffic coming from the direction of the Rheinufer, traffic jams may occur there. The approach via Komödienstraße is closed to motor vehicles.
Please also use the surrounding car parks in Cologne city centre. No concert tariff applies there.
Another note: Especially in the pre-Christmas period, on Sundays when sales are open and during major events, there is heavy traffic. Please plan for a longer journey to the concerts if you are dependent on a car.
Environmental badge
Please notice: Since 1st January 2008 a Low Emission Zone has been introduced in Cologne. As the Kölner Philharmonie ist located in this zone, visitors arriving by car will require a fine particles sticker (exept for vehicles driven by or for people who have a mobility disability, are helpless or blind, and can prove this with a disabled person's pass with the letters "aG", "H" or "Bl").
